Merideth Cox
Merideth is the Founder of MC Recruiting. She has been a recruiter for over two decades and has extensive experience the legal field. She works with early-career to executive level candidates and supports the job seeking process with résumé assistance and presentation, interview coaching, and salary negotiation. Her client base includes boutique, mid-size and global firms in the San Francisco Bay Area and other major cities. Merideth has lived abroad in Argentina, speaks Spanish, and is an animal lover. She lives in Portland, Oregon and is a fur mom to a springer spaniel named Winston.
Kim Clancy
Kim is the CEO of Hampton O’Bannon Partners and an affiliate of MC Recruiting. Kim and Merideth began their careers at the same San Francisco staffing agency and have worked together closely ever since. They credit their successful partnership to shared values and maintaining transparency and integrity throughout the recruiting process. Kim is a musician, world traveler, and lives in San Francisco with her pup, Gideon.
